Dylan Holy started his career in the financial industry in 2021 as a banker. His duties included working directly with clients to ensure their financial needs were taken care of, while maintaining high levels of operational compliance guidelines.
Dylan's favorite part of his time in the banking industry was getting to connect with clients on a meaningful level.
In 2025, Dylan joined Capstone as an associate to the team. Dylan's lifelong passion for finance, the drive to help enrich the finances and lives of others, and focus on growth made him an ideal fit for the Capstone team.
When not at work, Dylan loves to spend as much of his time outdoors as he can. Whether it be hiking, fishing, or camping; he has a deep passion for nature and the preservation of natural areas.
