With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, John Kehoe is a trusted
consultant and strategist dedicated to helping financial professionals achieve sustained business
growth. His proven track record in driving asset under management (AUM) growth, building strategic
partnerships, and delivering client-centric solutions makes him an invaluable resource for financial
advisors seeking to elevate their practices.
John began his career at Boston Capital Partners, where, as Vice President of Sales, he spent nine
years empowering advisors to grow their asset base by leveraging tax-advantaged investment
strategies. He later served as Regional Director at SEI Investments for nearly two decades,
spearheading new business development across the Western United States. In this role, John
partnered with financial advisors to expand their AUM by utilizing innovative solutions, including
mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and separately managed accounts (SMAs).
In the Director role with several wealth management firms including Main Management and New
Frontier Advisors, John focused on creating strategic alliances with investment platforms and
financial advisors, expanding ETF distribution, and enhancing client outcomes.
Currently, as Vice President of Wealth Management at Capstone Financial Group, John is at the
forefront of driving the firm’s growth. He specializes in developing and supporting advisors, helping
them optimize their businesses and attracting new talent to the firm. His hands-on approach
ensures that advisors have the tools, insights, and support needed to succeed in an evolving
financial landscape.
A native of the Boston area, John earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Salem
State University. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
Outside of his professional endeavors, John is an avid tennis player who enjoys exploring Northern
California’s natural beauty with his wife, Carla, and their two sons, Jack and Nicholas.
