Graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a BS degree in Economics and from the Air Force Institute of Technology with MS degree in Space Operations.
Starting June 1981, served on active duty, in the Air Force Reserves, and in the Washington Air National Guard, completing my career in November 2022.
